摘　　要：目的:提高应届本科护生专科工作能力和综合素质。方法:对两届应届本科护生进行综合素质、肿瘤专科知识的培养。结果:通过一年的轮转,本科护生从理论到临床实践、专科知识、实际操作能力都得到很大提高。结论:通过集中专科能力培训,重视综合素质培养,提高了本科护生工作、教学、科研能力。Objective：To improve primary professional ability on tumor care of new nurses with Bachelor degree.Methods：The new nurses who graduate from nursing college in recent two years were included in this study.They were trained on general nursing abilities and professional knowledge on tumor care.Results：After one-year rotation and training,they improved their professional knowledge and practice skills.Conclusion：Through intensified specialty training on tumor care,new nurses with Bachelor degree could improve their clinical practice,teaching and research abilities.
