不同喂养方式对腹泻小儿辅助治疗的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察去乳糖奶粉及合生元联合喂养辅助治疗婴幼儿腹泻的治疗效果,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法将98例腹泻患儿随机分成治疗组58例及对照组40例。治疗组给予去乳糖奶粉、合生元及米汤、稀饭喂养,对照组继续母乳或配方奶粉及米汤、稀饭喂养。结果去乳糖奶粉及合生元联合治疗小儿腹泻总有效55例,占94.8%;对照组总有效31例,占77.5%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组腹泻消退时间为(2.8±1.1)d,平均住院时间为(5.5±1.7)d,与对照组消退时间[(4.9±2.6)d]和平均住院时间[(8.5±2.3)d]比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论去乳糖奶粉及合生元联合喂养对小儿腹泻可明显缩短病程,减轻病情。[Objective] To observe therapeutic effects of lactose-free milk powder combined with synbiotics in treatment of infantile diarrhea, provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.[Methods]98 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into the treatment group （58 cases） and the control group （40 cases）. The treatment group was given lactose-free milk powder, synbiotics, rice water and conjee. The control group was fed with breast milk or infant formula milk powder, as well as rice water and conjee.[Results]After treatment of lactose-free milk powder combined with synbiotics, 55 cases of infantile diarrhea had effect, which accounted for 94.8%. 31 （77.5%） cases of the control group had effect. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. The extinction time of diarrhea and average hospital stay in the treatment groups was （2.84±1.1） days and （5.5±1.7） days respectively, that in the control group was （4.9±2.6） days and （8.5±2.3） days respectively, and the differences between two groups were significant （P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The combination feeding of lactose-free milk powder and synbiotics can significantly shorten the course and relieve the pain of infantile diarrhea.
