外企青年工人消化性溃疡发病情况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解外企青年工人消化性溃疡发病情况及内镜特点。方法回顾性分析厦门大学附属中山医院湖里分院10年来胃镜检查外企青年工人消化性溃疡的临床资料。结果在13862例外企青年工人胃镜检查中,检出消化性溃疡(PU)2953例,检出率21.30%,其中,十二指肠溃疡2319例,检出率16.73%;胃溃疡600例,检出率4.33%;复合性溃疡34例,检出率0.25%。结论来该院行胃镜检查的外企青年工人消化性溃疡的检出率高于全国多中心的消化性溃疡内镜平均检出率,可能与其特殊的工作性质、工龄、平均每日工作时间、某些不良的生活习惯有关。[Objective] To understand the incidence of peptic ulcer disease and endoscopic features of young workers in foreign enterprises.[Methods]Retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of peptic ulcer on young workers in foreign enterprises examined by gastroscopy in Xiamen University Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital Huli Branch hospital in recent 10 years.[Results]Of 13 862 young workers underwent gastroscopic examination, peptic ulcer （PU） was detected in 2953 cases （21.30%）, among which 2319 cases （16.73%） were duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer of 600 cases （4.33%）, complex ulcer of 34 cases （0.25%）.[Conclusion]The detection rate of PU on young workers in foreign enterprises who underwent gastroscopic examination in this hospital is higher than the average detection rate of PU in national multi-centers. It may relates with their special nature of work, length of service, the average daily working hours, some unhealthy living habits.
