摘 要:目的观察北方青年耐寒锻炼前后耐寒能力的变化,评价其冷习服水平。方法随机选择来自黑龙江省的应征新兵及2年老兵各20人,在平均气温-3℃~-15℃环境耐寒锻炼。新兵于耐寒锻炼前和耐寒锻炼后40d检测寒冷血管反应指数(VRCI),老兵于新兵耐寒锻炼后40d时同时检测VRCI。结果新兵耐寒锻炼40d后VRCI水平有非常显著的提高(P<0.01)。老兵VRCI水平明显高于新兵耐寒锻炼前的水平(P<0.01),与新兵耐寒锻炼40d的VRCI水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论北方青年经过一定时间的耐寒锻炼耐寒能力明显提高。[Objective] To observe the changes of cold-resistant ability of northern youth before and after cold tolerance training, and evaluate its cold acclimatization level.[Methods]Twenty new soldiers from Heilongjiang Province and 20 old soldiers who stayed in the cold area for 2 years also came from Heilongjiang Province were chosen randomly. They were taken cold tolerance training in the average temperature -3^-15 ℃ environment. The index of vaso-response to cold (VRCI) of new soldiers were tested before cold tolerance training and after training 40 days, old soldiers were also tested after new soldiers training 40 days.[Results]After the new soldiers were trained for 40 day, their VRCI had significantly increased(P〈0.01). VRC1 of old soldiers was significantly higher than the levels of new soldiers before training (P〈0.01 ). but after 40 days training, the difference was not significant (P〈0.05).[Conclusion]The cold-resistant ability of the northern youth can enhance obviously after a certain period of cold tolerance training.
