摘  要:目的:建立野生与栽培草珊瑚中矿物元素的测定方法,分析比较野生与栽培草珊瑚中的矿物元素。方法:运用火焰原子吸收光谱法,采用标准曲线法,测定样品中K,Zn,Fe,Mg,Ca,Cu 6种矿物元素的含量,进行分析比较。结果:野生与栽培的草珊瑚中K,Ca,Fe,Mg含量较高,Zn,Cu含量较低,栽培品K>Ca>Fe>Mg>Zn>Cu,野生品Ca>K>Fe>Mg>Zn>Cu;平均回收率在93.8%~102.5%,RSD在0.32%~2.68%。结论:该方法灵敏度高,操作简便快速,结果令人满意。Objective: Comparative study on the mineral elements from wild and cultivated Sarcandra glabra.Method: Six mineral elements,K,Zn,Fe,Mg,Ca and Cu,in S.glabra were determined by microware FAAS.Result:Standard curve method was used for the determination.The experiments indicated that the content of mineral elements for human requirement(K,Ca,Fe,Mg) is rich,the content of Zn and Cu is low,for both origins of the herb.For cultivated herb,the order appears to be K〉Ca〉Fe〉Mg〉Zn〉Cu;for the wild herb,the order is Ca〉K〉Fe〉Mg〉Zn〉Cu.The method is highly sensitive,convenient and speedy.The recovery(n=6) is 93.8~102.5% and the RSDs(n=6) are lower than 5%.Conclusion: The methods are practicable with a good reproducibility,and the results are satisfactory.
