摘 要:目的:探讨低分子右旋糖酐对香丹注射液在大鼠体内血药浓度及药动学过程的影响。方法:用HPLC方法测定香丹注射液单用(XD组)和与低分子右旋糖酐合用(XD+DY组)时丹参素在大鼠体内的血药浓度,比较两者的药动学参数。结果:两组的主要药动学参数α,t1/2α,CL,AUC(0-t)和K10均有显著性差异(P<0.05);其他参数(β,t1/2β,Vc,K12,K21)无显著性差异。结论:两药合用时,低分子右旋糖酐对香丹注射液的体内药代动力学产生显著影响,低分子右旋糖酐能抑制香丹注射液中丹参素的代谢;二者合并用药时应对丹参素进行临床给药监测。Objective: To study effect of low molecular dextran on the pharmacokinetics of Xiangdan Injection in rats.Method:The rats were divided into two groups: one was administrated with Xiangdan Injection individually(group XD) and the other was administrated with the combination of Xiangdan Injection and low molecular dextran(group XD + DY).Plasma concentrations of danshensu of two groups were detected by HPLC.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by software and statistical analysis.Result: The main pharmacokinetics parameters(α,t1/2α,CL,AUC(0-t) and K10) of danshensu had statistical differences between group XD and group XD + DY(P 〈 0.05).There were no significant differences in β,t1/2β,Vc,K12 and K21 between the two groups.Conclusion: There was obvious interaction of pharmacokinetics when the two drugs were used together.It is concluded that low molecular dextran inhibits the normal metabolism of danshensu of Xiangdan Iinjection.It is necessary to change the therapeutic dose of danshensu when the drug is coinjected with low molecular dextran.
