摘　　要：用免疫组化LSAB法结合计算机图象分析对四株肺癌细胞系的维甲酸受体RARs、RXRs和RARβ进行半定量检测，并与ELISA法检测结果相比较。结果显示：两者在总体趋势上是一致的，但免疫组化结合计算机图象分析特异性强，而且能够提示抗原在细胞内表达的位置。The expression of retinoic acid receptors (RARs,RXRs and RARβ)in four cell lines of lung carcinoma were semiquantitatively examined and measured with immunohistochemical technology in combination with computer image analysis. These results coincided with those of ELISA in general. But the former was more characteristic and could point out the situation of the antigen expression in cells.
