摘　　要：本文报告９例巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎，全部系获得性免疫缺陷综合症患者。此病病原为巨细胞病毒，人群中普遍感染率很高，一旦感染呈潜伏状，在身体免疫功能低下时发病，血循传播，可侵犯多种脏器。如侵及视网膜，则发生全层视网膜坏死性炎症。病程呈慢性扩展状，最后破坏整个视网膜而导致失明。本文简要讨论了巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎的发病率和获得性免疫缺陷综合症的关系、临床过程、诊断和鉴别诊断及治疗原则。case(15 eyes)of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)related cytomegalovirus(CMV)retinitis were analyzed.CMV infects a part of worldwide population.After primary infection,the virus becomes latent in the human host until immune defect occurs.CMV retinitis is the result of hematogenous spread of the virus.The clinical characteristics are slowly progressive narcotizing retinitis.If untreated CMV lesions eventually involve the entire retina which leading to both of visual field and decreased visual acuity. The morbidity,the relationship to AIDS,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and differential diagnosis and principle of treatment were discussed in paper.
