新生血管性青光眼的分段治疗

摘　　要：为评价两段治疗法治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床疗效，第一阶段对３６例新生血管性青光眼施行不同范围的前段视网膜睫状体电凝术。第二阶段对９例施行小梁切除术。结果：电凝术后１３例（３６．１％）虹膜新生血管基本消退，２３例明显减少。３６例眼压平均下降３．０４ｋＰａ（１ｋＰａ＝７．５ｍｍＨｇ），平均下降率３８．３％）。８例（２２．２％）眼压≤２．９３ｋＰａ，１３例眼压≤３．３３ｋＰａ。行小梁切除术的９例，均获得满意眼压控制，眼压平均下降５６．６％。结论：第一阶段行视网膜睫状体电凝，第二阶段行小梁切除术的两段治疗法，是治疗新生血管性青光眼较有效的方法。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of neovascular glaucoma treated with two stage therapy.Methods:At the first stage,retina electrocoagulation and cyclodiathermy was carried out,in 36 patients with neovascular glaucoma.At the second stage,trabeculectomy was performed in 9 patients.Results:After electrocoagulation,neovessels of iris disappeared in 13(36 1%)patients,and decreased markedly in 23 cases.The average number of intraocular pressure(IOP)lowed was 3 04kPa(1kPa=7 5mmHg)in 36 patients,The average rate lowed was 38 3%.IOP of 8 cases(22 2%)was below 2 92kPa and below3 33kPa in 13 cases.The IOP controling was obtainded fatisfactorily in nine cases performed trabeculectomy.The average lowed rate of IOP was 56 6%.Conclusion:Retina electrocoagulation with cyclodiathermy was performed at the first stage,and trabeculectomy at the second stage.The therapy divided two stage is a effective method treated neovascular glaucoma.
