摘　　要：目的:提高对Paget病的诊治水平。方法:结合文献对收治的7例阴囊Paget病的病因病理、临床表现、治疗及预后进行讨论。结果:7例均采用阴囊部分切除术,术后2例局部复发,1例出现一侧睾丸、腹股沟淋巴结转移,经再次手术切除治愈;随访6例均健在,1例失访。结论:对于久治不愈的阴囊皮炎或湿疹应尽早行病灶活检,一经确诊应积极手术治疗。Purpose:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of scrotum Paget′s disease.Methods:Together with the documents in concern,the cause,pathology,clinical manifestations,treatment and prognosis of scrotum Paget′s disease were discussed in 7 patients with scrotum Paget′s disease.Results:All patients underwent partial scrotectomy.Local recurrence occurred in 2 cases. One side of testis and inguinal glands metastasis in one case and cured by operation once more.6 patients followed up survived and one case can't be followed up.Conclusions:Persistent scrotum dermatitis and eczema should be examined early by biopsy. Once accurate diagnosis made, the operation should be performed early.
