普罗布考片剂溶出度及稳定性考察

摘　　要：利用紫外法和高效液相色谱法对普罗布考片剂的溶出度及稳定性进行考察，结果表明：溶出４５ｍｉｎ时，溶出度达７０％以上；高温８０℃放置１０天，含量下降２％，降解产物＞１％；高湿（ＲＨ９２５％）条件下溶出度略有下降，其它条件各项指标均未发生明显改变；加速实验及室温留样２年，其各项指标均未发生明显改变，可暂定有效期为２年．普罗布考片剂应于低温、密闭、干燥处保存．The dissolution and stability of probucol tablets were studied by UV and HPLC methods.The results obtained indicated that:(1)The dissolution of probucol was over 70% at 45 min.(2)The content of probucol was reduced by 2% and the degraded product was over 1% at 80℃ and in 10 days;The dissolution had been little reduced at RH 92 5%,the other items had no obvious change.Stored at room temperature for 2 years all of the examined items had not varied,the storage life can be determined as 2 years.The probucol tablets should be tightly sealed and stored at a cool and dry place.
