CT引导立体定向加热治疗脑深部恶性肿瘤的临床研究(附4例报告)

摘　　要：目的：研究加热治疗脑深部恶性肿瘤的可行性。方法：通过ＣＴ扫描对肿瘤进行定位，利用立体定向技术的高度精确性，确定病损部位，并置入射频针进行加热治疗。结果：４例丘脑基底节区Ⅱ～Ⅲ级胶质瘤患者接受治疗，术后症状明显好转，肿瘤缩小。目前所有患者生活可以自理，最长达１８个月。结论：此方法治疗脑深部恶性肿瘤疗效理想，创伤小，并发症少，安全可靠。Objective: To study the feasibility of hyperthermia therapy for deeply located cerebral ma-lignant tumors.Methods:Localization of tumors with craniocerebral CT scanning and inserting the ra-dio - frequency needle withhighly accurate stereotactic technique were performed prior to performing heat-ing therapy. Results: Four cases of glioma (grade II, Ill) at the basal ganglion area underwent this treat-ment. The tumors shrank and the symptoms improved markedly after hypertherniia. Conclusion: CT - guid-ing stereotactic hyperthernio - therapy for deep cerebral malignant tumors is effective, sale and reliablewith very mild trauma and few complications.
