光固化窝沟封闭剂与玻璃离子治疗乳牙浅龋的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察光固化窝沟封闭剂和玻璃离子用于治疗乳牙浅龋的临床效果比较。方法:对我院口腔门诊就诊的3～10岁儿童112例,乳磨面窝沟浅龋在去龋后用光固化窝沟封闭剂对龋损部位及窝沟进行封闭术,并采用对侧同名牙或邻牙也有窝沟龋者作玻璃离子治疗对照研究。结果:封闭后6个月和12个月时,两者保存率差异无统计学意义;而24个月时差异有统计学意义,光固化组保存率高于玻璃离子组(P<0.05),继发龋病发生率低于玻璃离子组。随访发现该方法能有效阻止龋坏的进一步发展,1年内1例发展为中龋,而对照组有31.66%牙发展为中龋,2～3年后中龋发生率亦有明显差异。结论:光固化复合体窝沟封闭剂的保存率较玻璃离子高,更能有效地治疗和预防窝沟龋的发生,值得推广应用。Objective：To compare the clinical effects between light-cured pit and fissure sealants with glass ionomer in treating superficial milkteeth caries.Methods：For 112 children of 3-10 years old in dental clinic of our hospital,after removing pit and fissure caries of deciduous molar occlusal surface,light-cured pit and fissure sealant was used to perform block operation at the decayed area and fissure.The glass ionomer treatment was applied to operate the decayed tooth at the same position of another side and adjacent teeth as the control study.Results：During 6-12 months after block operation,the difference of the preserving rate between two kinds of opera-tions was not statistically significant.While their statistic difference in 24 months showed significant,and the preserving rate of lightcured group was higher than that of the glass ionomer group,the secondary caries rate of light-cured group was lower than that of the glass ionomer group.Follow up showed that the light-cured pit and pissure sealants method was effective to prevent the caries development.Only one case of dentinal caries appeared,while the dentinal caries rate was 31.66% in the control group.The occurrence rate of moderate caries within 2-3 years had obvious difference between the two groups.Conclusion：The preserving rate of light-cured pit and fissure sealants is higher than that of glass ionomer and more effective to prevent and cure the pit and fissure caries,which is worthy of being applied widely.
