摘  要:目的比较不同浓度槟榔碱干预后的血管内皮细胞上清液(AECS)对正常人、OSF患者成纤维细胞(NM-FB、OSF-FB)增殖和胶原合成的影响。方法 0、30、60、90和120μg/mL槟榔碱干预血管内皮细胞(EC)24h,收集去除槟榔碱后EC在无血清培养液中的上清液AECS并干预FB。结果 AECS30、AECS60、AECS90较AECS0更能促进FB的增殖和胶原合成(P<0.05),但AECS120与AECS0无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论低浓度槟榔碱干预后的EC分泌功能改变促进FB的增殖和胶原合成能力增强,EC可能参与了OSF的形成。【Objectives】To compare the influence of supernatant from endothelial cells(ECs) intervened by arecoline(AECS) on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of fibroblasts fro normal people and oral submucous fibrosis(NM-FBs,OSF-FBs).【Methods】The supernatants were collected from ECs which were intervened by 0,30,60,90 and 120 μg/mL arecoline for 24 h and then cultured in serum-free medium without arecoline.FBs were intervened by the above supernatants.【Results】AECS30,AECS60 and AECS90 were more powerful than AECS0 to promote the proliferation and collagen synthesis of FBs(P 〈0.05).There was no significant difference between AECS120 and AECS0(P〉0.05).【Conclusions】The secretion change of EC intervened by low concentration arecoline may promote proliferation and collagen synthesis of FBs.ECs may be involved in the development of OSF.
