摘 要:为了从受强干扰影响的装载机载重动态测量信号中提取有效信息,采用经验模分解(EMD)方法对实测油压信号进行分解,将分解所得残余量,即去除液压惯性冲击和工作装置共振等随机干扰信号的稳态值作为载重测量的稳态信号。同时,为进一步验证EMD方法的有效性及降噪能力,在考虑实际工况的前提下及实测信号基础上加入10%和1%白噪声,分别进行EMD分解和误差对比分析。结果表明,EMD方法具有很强的噪声处理能力和信号组分分析能力,非常适合作为装载机载重动态测量信号的处理方法。Firstly,the Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD) method was introduced to process nonsteady and nonlinear signal.And then the EMD was applied to the data signal processing and analysis for dynamic weighing of wheel loader.After had been decomposed by EMD,the remainder of the hydraulic pressure signal,which was the part that the hydraulic inertial impulsion and stochastic interferer of devices were excluded,was taken as the steady signal.Furthermore,10% and 1% stochastic noises were added to test the applicability of EMD in processing noises.The simulating results show that EMD can analyse complex signal including noises and wipe off the noises powerfully,so it can be applied into the signal analysis of dynamic weighing of wheel loader.
