摘  要:情商(情绪智力)主要表现为一个人感受、理解、运用、表达、控制、调节和升华自身情感的意识与能力,以及处理与他人之间情感关系的能力,是人的心态、情绪、情感、信念、意志、毅力、承受力等的非智力因素品质。通过"玩耍",儿童可以学会认识自我情绪、管理自我情绪、认知他人情绪,以及学会自我激励和处理人际关系等等。"玩耍"是提升儿童情绪智力的一种有效途径。EQ(Emotion Quotient) is expressed with awareness and ability that one can feel,understand,use,control and sublimate his own emotions and the ability of dealing with emotional relationships with others.It is the quality of non-intellectual factors including mentality,emotion,sensibility,belief,will,perseverance,tolerance and so on.Children can learn to recognize emotional self-awareness,know emotional self-management,perceive emotions of others and learn self-motivateing and deal with inter-personal relation and so on via playing.That is to say"playing"is an effective way to enhance the children's emotional quotient.
