摘　　要：[目的]研究波形蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组化方法检测79例胃癌标本中波形蛋白的表达,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。[结果]79例胃癌中38例(48.1%)波形蛋白表达阳性。波形蛋白在低/未分化癌中的表达率为60.5%(26/43),显著性高于高/中分化癌(33.3%,12/36)(P<0.05);其在淋巴结转移的胃癌表达率(59.3%,32/54)显著性高于无淋巴结转移者(24.0%,6/25)(P<0.05)。波形蛋白预测胃癌淋巴结转移的敏感度和特异性分别为59.3%、76.0%。[结论]波形蛋白在胃癌中的表达与肿瘤分化类型、淋巴结转移有关,波形蛋白可用于预测胃癌的淋巴结转移状态。[Purpose] To investigate the expression of vimentin in gastric cancer and its significance. [Methods] The expression of vimentin in 79 cases with gastric cancer was detected by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between vimentin expression and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. [Results] Of 79 cases with gastric cancer, 38 cases vimentin were expressed positively. The positive rate in poorly-differentiated/undifferentiated group （60.5%,26/ 43） was higher than that in well-moderately differentiated group（33.3%, 12/36）（P0.05）; and the positive rate in lymph node metastasis group （59.3%, 32/54） was higher than that in no lymph node metastasis group （24.0%,6/25）（P0.05）. Vimentin predicted the lymph node metastasis with the sensitivity of 59.3% and specificity of 76.0%. [Conclusions] Vimentin expression is related to cancer differentiation, histologic type and lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer. Thus, vimentin expression might be used as a potential biomarker for lymph node metastasis.
