气相色谱/质谱法测定塑料食品包装中柠檬酸酯

摘　　要：建立食品用塑料包装材料中柠檬酸三丁酯和乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯检测的气相色谱/质谱方法。该方法在0.5～100mg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数均大于0.999;检出限为0.5mg/kg;回收率为109.5%～120%,RSD%为3.8%～6.6%。该方法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,稳定性好,适合于食品用塑料包装材料中两种柠檬酸酯类增塑剂的同时测定。Tributyl citrate and acetyltributyl citrate in food plastic package were detected by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry（GC/MS）.The method has a good relationship at the range of 0.5～ 100mg/L,with all correlation coefficients better than 0.999;the detection limits reaching 0.5mg/kg;Recovery is 109.5%～120%,relative standard deviation（RSD）at range of 3.8%～6.6%.The method is rapid,sensitive,high precision and good reproducibility,and is suitable for monitoring two non-toxic plasticizers in food plastic package.
