活血利水法治疗视网膜震荡伤的临床研究

摘  要:目的:观察活血利水法治疗视网膜震荡伤的临床疗效。方法:对70例70只眼视网膜震荡伤采用采用活血化瘀、利水明目法,用桃红四物汤合四苓散(五苓散去桂枝)加减治疗;并与采用活血化瘀法,用桃红四物汤加减治疗的69例69只眼进行对照。结果:治疗组病例经5~13天,平均8.8天的治疗,70例全部有效,其中治愈58例,显效9例,好转3例。对照组病例经5~15天,平均11.3天的治疗,69例全部有效,其中治愈51例,显效13例,好转5例。两组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组的平均疗程比对照组少2.5天。结论:采用活血利水法治疗视网膜震荡伤,较传统的单纯用活血化瘀法进行治疗,可收到疗效更好、疗程较短的良好效果。Objective:To observe the effects of method of activating blood and diuresis on commotio retinae.Method:70 eyes with commotio retinae were treated in the method of promoting blood circulation to remove stasis,facilitating diu-resis to brighten eyes and modification of Peach kernel and Sefflower plus Four Herbs Decoction and Poria Powder with Four Herbs,which compare with 69 eyes that were treated in the method of promoting blood circulation to remove stasis and modification of Peach kernel and Sefflower plus Four Herbs Decoction.Results:After therapy group was treated for 5 to 13 days,average 8.8days;70eyes were effective including curing 58 eyes,markedly improvement 9 eyes,improve-ment 3 eyes.Control group was treated for 5 to 15 days,average 11.3days,69 eyes were effective including curing 51 eyes,markedly improvement 13 eyes,improvement 5 eyes.Comparing with two groups there was significant difference(P 〈 0.01).Average period of treatment of therapy group was less 2.5 days than that of control group.Conclusion:The method of activating blood and diuresis has better effect and shorter period of treatment on commotio retinae than tradition-al pure method of promoting blood circulation to remove stasis.
