摘　　要：分别从疾病名称的出处、疾病命名的缘由及疾病命名的方式3个不同角度对痢疾、肺结核、麻风3种病证古病名的同病异名情况进行考证辨析。总结了古代同病异名丰富的原因及探究同病异名情况的意义,以期现代医家在今后的古医籍阅读中能有所借鉴,更好地古为今用。Three ancient disease names of the same disease with different were researched, through origin reason and ways of the nomenclature for this three diseases, that dysentery, tuberculosis and lepra. Many reasons and significance of this research were summarized. Through these exemplifications, the paper provided reference for reading the TCM ancient Books.
