摘  要:对带处理机匣的压气机转子Rotor 37在总压畸变进口条件下的流场进行了三维数值模拟.分别计算了光壁、斜缝处理机匣和带背腔斜缝处理机匣在有畸变和无畸变进气时的转子特性参数,分析了均匀进气时斜缝处理机匣的扩稳机理,并比较分析了两种处理机匣在畸变进气时对压气机的稳定性影响.结果表明:在均匀进气时两种处理机匣都具有较好的扩稳作用,但在畸变进气时带背腔斜缝机匣的扩稳作用比均匀进气时的扩稳作用减弱,而无背腔斜缝机匣会使压气机的稳定裕度下降.Numerical simulation of the Rotor 37 flow field under the total pressure distortion inlet condition was emphasized by resolving three-dimensional Navier-Stokes functions in this paper.Three different cases were considered under the clean inlet condition and the low total pressure distortion inlet condition:no casing treatment,screwed slots casing treatment and slots with cell casing treatment.The rotor characteristics in the clean inlet flow and the total pressure distortion inlet flow were achieved.Mechanism of slot casing treatment improving the rotor stability was discussed.Detail analyses came to some preliminary conclusions:mass flowrate,efficiency and stall margin decrease in distortion inlet conditions.Both styles of the casing treatments can increase the rotor stall margin in clean inlet conditions.The effect of the slot with cell casing treatment enhancing the rotor stall margin weakens and the stall margin of the rotor with slot casing treatment drops when in total pressure distortion inlet conditions.
