安贺拉眼液在PRK术后的止痛作用

摘　　要：目的：为了评价安贺拉眼液（０３５％酮咯酸氨丁三醇）在ＰＲＫ术后的止痛作用。方法：随机选择６０只眼，除４只眼外皆为双眼自身对照。分为两组，每组各３０只眼。ＰＲＫ术后分别滴用安贺拉和佳贝眼液，佳贝组作为对照组，记录疼痛程度及观察角膜上皮愈后情况，共随访３天。结果：安贺拉眼液可以有效地减轻ＰＲＫ术后的疼痛，对角膜上皮的愈合没有明显的影响。结论：安贺拉眼液是一种安全有效的消炎止痛药。Objects:To evalutate the effect of Acular (ketorolac tromethamine,0 35%) on the reduction of pain after PRK Methods:60 eyes were randomly selected,which were self contrast except 4 eyes 60 eyes were divided into 2 groups Acular and 0 1%diclofenac were administed seperately,diclofenac group as control Levels of pain and the epithelial wound healing were observed The follow up was 3 days Results:Topical Acular eyedrops can reduce the pain after PRK significantly without apparent detrimental effect to the corneal epithelial wound healing Conclusion:Acular eyedrops is a kind of effective analgetic in reducing pain after PRK
