白内障术后视力相关因素的分析

摘　　要：对白内障术后３个月裸眼视力≥０８者４６６例，包括术后第一天裸眼视力≥０８者１９９例进行统计分析，发现在同等条件下，３５ｍｍ小切口ＰＨＡＣＯ术优于６ｍｍ切口ＰＨＡＣＯ术，更优于ＥＣＣＥ术；术前视力与术后裸眼视力正相关。The study was designed to analyse the factors relating to the postoperative vision.We studied 665 eyes,the vision in 466 of them who in 3 months after operation were more than 0 8.199 of them whose vision in 1 day after operation were more than 0 8.We found that the vision of 3 5mm incision by Phaco is better than the 6mm incision,and further better than those by ECCE in the same condition.The preoperative vision is direct proportion to the postoperative vision,the age is inverse ratio to the postoperative vision.
