表面麻醉在晚期青光眼手术中应用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察并评估晚期青光眼手术表面麻醉下实施的效果。方法对34例(56眼)晚期青光眼在0.5%爱尔凯因眼液表面麻醉下行小梁切除术及虹膜周边切除术。结果本组52眼(92.86%)术中无疼痛感,4眼(7.14%)术中做上直肌牵引缝线时有疼痛感,所有患者均能顺利完成手术。术后眼压在10±6mmHg范围。视力及视野均较术前有不同程度的改善。结论晚期青光眼手术在表面麻醉下施行较安全可靠,操作简单,手术时间缩短。Objective This study was designed to evaluate the effect of trabeculectomy using topical ana-esthesia in patients with last period glaucoma.Methods This retrospective study included 34 patients who underwent trabeculectomy through using topical anaesthesia.Results All patients underwent operations successfully using topical anaesthesia.Postoperative visual acuity was significantly improved.Postoperative IOP（10±6mmHg） was significantly lower than preoperation（46±7mmHg）.There were no serious operative complications and postoperative complications.Conclusion This operative technique is a safe,effective and economic treatment for patients with last period glaucoma.
