摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌患者化疗前后血清CEA、CYFRA21-1、CA125水平的变化及临床意义。方法应用酶联免疫检测法对32例肺癌者进行了血清CEA、CYFRA21-1、CA125水平的检测,并与35例正常健康人作比较。结果肺癌患者化疗前血清中CEA、CYFRA21-1 and CA125含量均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01)。化疗后明显下降但仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论检测肺癌患者血清CEA、CYFRA21-1 and CA125含量的变化可作为诊断和疗效观察的参考。Objective To study the changes of Serum levels of CEA、CYFRA21-1、CA125 after chemotherapy in patients with lung Cancer.Methods CEA、CYFRA21 -1、CA125（with EliSA） were measured in 32 patients with lung Cancer both before and after chemotherapy as well as in 35 controls.Results Before chemotherapy,serum CEA、CYFRA21-1 and CA125 levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in the controls（P0.01）.After chemotherapy the levels were much lower but still significantly higher than those in controls（P0.05）.Conclusion Serum levels of CEA、CYFRA21-1 and CA125 might be useful for diagnosis and predicting therapeutic effects after chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer.
