摘  要:采用单质硫硫化玉米油和玉米油乙酯的方法制备含硫润滑油抗磨剂,利用红外测试及热重差热分析产物的化学结构及热稳定性,通过旋转黏度计测定样品的动力黏度,并将合成样品用于玉米油中进行摩擦实验,研究润滑抗磨机制。结果表明:玉米油、玉米油乙酯的混合硫化过程是碳碳双键的加成过程,玉米油、玉米油乙酯质量比为1∶1;玉米油、玉米油乙酯的热分解温度分别为323.4、367.2℃,能够满足较为苛刻的机械加工要求;含硫质量分数5%混合硫化样品在玉米油中的质量分数从0增大到10%,滑动摩擦因数由0.063 09降为0.051 55,通过XPS钢球表面分析表明玉米油在摩擦副上形成了物理吸附和化学吸附的有机薄膜,从而起到润滑抗磨效果。利用Matlab BP神经网络模拟方法对混合硫化油的摩擦测试结果进行数值仿真,模拟均方差为1.727 38×10-9,网络训练效果良好。A sulfur-containing antiwear additive was respectively synthesized by sulfurated corn oil or ester. Chemical structure characterization and features analysis of this additive synthesized were carried out by infrared spectrometry, vis- cosity test and thermogravimettic analysis. Experiments of friction and wear were carried out to investigate the tribologieal properties of sulfur-containing antiwear additive. The results show that sulfurated reaction takes place at double bond of ester. The mass ratio of corn oil and ester is 1 : 1. Decomposition temperatures of corn oil and corn oil ethyl thermal are 323.4 ℃ and 367. 2 ℃, which meet the more stringent machining requirements. The tribological performance of the corn oil is improved when the sulfur-containing additives (Sulfur-containing weight is 5% ) increase from 0 to 10%, and the friction coefficient decreases from 0. 063 09 to 0. 051 55. Rubbing surfaces of oils containing these additives were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron and the lubrication mechanism was ascribed to a lubrication film formed by the adsorption of the polar chain molecules and the tribological chemistry reaction of active sulfur element on the friction surface. Maflab BP neural network simulation was used on mixed sulfide oil friction test, and simulation MSE is 1. 727 38 × 10^ -9, network training effect is good.
