摘 要:一种基于CCL交错并联的平面无源集成EMI滤波器结构,运用此结构可将共模电感,差模电感,共模电容集成为一个元件;相比传统EMI滤波器,集成的EMI滤波器实现了电容等效串联电感的最小化。给出了相关参数的计算,仿真集成EMI滤波器和传统EMI滤波器的共模插入损耗。最后制作了实验样机并得出了实验结果,验证了所提结构的正确性与可行性。A planar passive integrated EMI filter structure was proposed in this paper,which was based on interleaved connection of modified PPO glass woven fabric CCL.This structure could integrate common-mode chokes,differential-mode inductance and common-mode capacitances into one unit.Compared with the traditional EMI filter,the integrated EMI filter realizes the minimum equivalent series inductance of capacitor.The relevant calculation of parameters was given,and the common-mode insertion loss of both the integrated and traditional EMI filter was simulated.A prototype was produced and the experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed structure.
