摘 要:首先根据渐开线齿廓齿条加工原理建立了孔穴直齿轮的有限元模型。然后以齿根弯曲应力为目标,通过正交优化实验方法,对孔穴参数进行了优化,得出孔穴位置是影响齿根应力最主要的因素,并对优化的孔穴齿轮和普通齿轮的齿根弯曲应力进行了对比。结果表明,相比普通齿轮,孔穴齿轮小轮齿根弯曲应力下降了10%,大轮齿根弯曲应力下降了8.8%。最后,建立了齿轮系统的动力学模型,并对孔穴齿轮系统的减振降噪效果进行了分析研究。结果表明:孔穴齿轮系统振动和噪声下降了约9.77%。This paper builds finite element model of holey spur gears based on the cutting principle of rack with involute tooth profile.Then,by taking the tooth root stress as an objective,and by using orthogonal experiment method to optimize the parameters of the hole.And it was concluded that the position of the holes is the most important factor that has influence on the tooth root stress. Compared the stress of the holey gear with that of the ordinary gear,the result indicates the stress of the pinion of the holey gears reduces by 10%,and the stress of gear reduces by 8.8%.Finally,kinetic model for the gear system was established,and analysis and noise of the effect on vibration and noise reduction of the holey gear system was carried out.The result shows that both the vibration and noise reduction of the holey gear is reduced by 9.77%.
