摘　　要：城市交通与土地利用之间存在着相互作用的关系,如何在城市规划工作中协调城市交通与土地利用的关系是规划师迫切需要解决的问题。分析了城市交通与土地利用的互动规划模式,指出交通系统不仅要适应城市的发展,而且还要引导城市的发展。分别从土地利用与城市交通发展战略、交通走廊与城市空间发展、差别化分区和交通战略等几个方面阐述了城市交通与土地利用一体化规划的方法。There exists the relationship of interaction between urban transportation and land use, and it is a urgent need to solve the problem that how to coordinate the relationship between urban transportation and land use by planners during the work of urban planning. This article analyzes the interactive planning model between urban transportation and land use, and points out that transportation system should not only meet the urban development, but also guide urban development. It also describes the integration of urban transportation and land use planning approach from the aspects of the land use and urban transportation development strategy, transportation corridors and urban spatial development, traffic differential zones and traffic strategies and so on.
