摘 要:目的探讨COX-2、Ang-2在胃癌中的表达,以及两者与胃癌淋巴管生成间的相互关系。方法应用RT-PCR方法检测胃癌组织COX-2,Ang-2的表达情况,应用免疫组化SP法,采用淋巴管特异标志物D2-40对胃癌癌周淋巴管染色,并计数其微淋巴管密度(MLVD)。结果胃癌组织中COX-2,Ang-2阳性表达率分别为81.25%、60.4%,两者之间的表达密切相关(r=0.736),而且两者的表达与微淋巴管密度,淋巴结转移,TNM临床分期呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论胃癌中COX-2协同Ang-2可促进癌周微淋巴管生成,从而促进胃癌淋巴结转移。联合检测COX-2和Ang-2有望成为预测淋巴管生成及淋巴管转移的的指标。Objective: To investigate the relationship between COX-2 and Ang-2 with lymphangiogenesis,and analyse the possible mechanism of COX-2,Ang-2 in gastric cancer in the process of lymph node metastasis.Methods: The expressions of Ang-2 and COX-2 were detected by RT-PCR.The expression of D2-40 was immunohistochemically examined in the peripheral of gastric cancers and micro-lymphatic density was counted.Results: The positive rate of COX-2 and Ang-2 in the primary tumor was 81.25 and 60.4 percent.A significant correlation was found between the expression of Ang-2 and COX-2,and both were also correlated to MLVD,lymphatic invasion and TNM stage(P〈0.05).Conclusion: COX-2 together with Ang-2 over-expression might promote lymphaticinvasion via lymphangiogenesis pathway in patients with gastric cancer,which can be served as indicators for lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis.
