常见眶内占位性病变的CT诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨CT对眶内占位性病变的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院经手术病理证实的30例眶内占位性病变的CT特点与临床特点。结果眶内肿瘤5例,眶内炎症9例,血管性疾病5例,甲状腺相关眼病5例,眼眶外伤与异物6例,均具有较典型的CT表现。结论CT对眼眶内占位性病变的诊断价值很大。Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of CT in intraorbital stace occupying lesions.Methods： We retrospectively reviewed the Ctfeatures and clinical characteristics in 30 cases of intraorbital space occupying lesions,all of which had been confirmed by operation and pathology.Results： Five cases of intraorbital tumor,nine cases of intraorbital inflammation,five cases of vascular diseases,five cases of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy and six cases of orbital injury and foreigh bodies had their specific CT features.Conclusion： CT has great value in the diagnosis of intraorbital space occupying lesions.
