食盐加碘对福建沿海地区孕妇碘营养的影响

摘　　要：[目的]了解福建沿海地区孕妇碘营养现状,为科学补碘决策提供依据。[方法]采用多阶段分层随机抽样法,抽取沿海农村和城市孕妇,测定其尿碘水平。[结果]沿海农村地区孕妇尿碘中位数134.9μg/L,低于WHO推荐值下限;沿海城区孕妇尿碘水平在孕期也处于WHO推荐值下限边缘。孕妇(早、中和晚期)尿碘中位数有逐渐下降的趋势。[结论]在现有的碘盐浓度下,沿海地区孕妇仍处于碘缺乏边缘,孕程对孕妇碘营养有影响,应高度关注孕妇的碘营养状况。[Objective] To investigate the status of iodine nutrition of pregnant women in coastal areas of Fujian for decision-making iodine supplementation.[Methods] The pregnant women from coastal rural areas and cities were selected by using stratified group randomly sampling,and the urine iodine levels were determined.[Results] The median of urine iodine of the women in rural areas was 134.9 μg/L,the urine iodine level was lower than the recommended value by WHO.Urine iodine level of pregnant women of the coastal cities in pregnancy was at edge of lower limit of WHO values.The median of urine iodine in different pregnant weeks showed decreasing trend.[Conclusion] With current iodized salt concentrations,the iodine nutrition of the women in coastal areas was at lower edge of iodine deficiency.The iodine nutrition of the women is affected by pregnant weeks.The iodine nutrition status of pregnant women should be highly concerned about.
