摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻咽癌细胞中细胞周期蛋白G1(cyclin G1)、细胞周期蛋白G2(cyclin G2)基因的表达及其意义。方法:利用细胞培养技术、免疫荧光技术检测并分析不同分化程度的鼻咽癌细胞株HNE2(B010)、CNE1(B003)中cyclinG1、cyclin G2的表达情况,逆转录聚合酶链反应技术(RT-RCR)检测HNE2、CNE1中cyclin G1-mRNA、cyclin G2-mR-NA的表达水平。结果:cyclin G1蛋白在HNE2、CNE1呈现弱阳性表达,染色较弱,cyclin G2蛋白在HNE2、CNE1呈现强阳性表达,在靠近细胞膜的细胞质中染色较强,连续且均匀一致。HNE2中cyclin G1mRNA的表达水平(2.097±0.262)明显高于CNE1(0.997±0.286,P<0.01),HNE2中cyclin G2mRNA的表达水平(0.708±0.107)明显低于CNE1(1.216±0.037,P<0.01)。结论:细胞周期素G表达水平与鼻咽癌分化程度密切相关,可作为鼻咽癌恶性程度及发生、发展的指标之一。Objective：To investigate the expression of cyclin G1,cyclin G2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）and its significance.Methods： The protein expression of cyclin G1,cyclin G2 in NPC of different differentiation degree（HNE2,CNE1） was detected by indirect immunofluorescence.The mRNA expression of cyclin G1,cyclin G2 in HNE2 and CNE1 was measured with RT-PCR.Results： The cyclin G1 expression in HNE2 and CNE1 was weak,cyclin G2 expression in the cytoplasm near cell membrane was strong,continuous and omogeneous.The expression levels of cyclin G1-mRNA in HNE2 was 2.097±0.262,which was significantly higher than CNE1（0.997±0.286,P0.05）;The expression levels of cyclin G2-mRNA in HNE2 was 0.708±0.107,which was significantly lower than CNE1（1.216±0.037,P0.05）.Conclusion： Abnormal expression of cyclin G was closely related to tumor differentiation,the origin and progression of NPC.
