摘  要:目的:建立奶粉中硒的氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法的测定。方法:采用湿法消解,选择最佳消解条件、反应体系条件、仪器条件用原子荧光光谱法进行硒的测定。结果:硒含量在0~10μg/L内呈现良好的线形关系,相关系数0.9999,最低检出限为0.015μg/L,奶粉标准物质(Se的参考值0.170±0.03μg/g)的测定值为0.173μg/g。结论:用该方法测定奶粉中硒的含量,方法的线性关系、精密度、准确度及加标回收均得到满意结果,适合推广应用。Objective:To establish a method for determination of selenium in milk powder by wet digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Methods: Samples were digested with wet digestion and determined for the concentration of selenium by atomic fluorescence spectrometry in the best digested condition and reaction system condition and instrument condition.Results: The calibration curve for lead was 0 μg/L~10 μg/L,correlation coefficient 0.9999,detection limit 0.015 μg/L.The measured value of milk powder about standard reference materials(Se reference values of 0.170±0.03 μg/g) was 0.173 μg/g.Conclusion: The method for detection of selenium is satisfied.The accuracy of the test results has been greatly improved.
