摘  要:目的:建立一种食品中六价铬的测定方法。方法:样品经微波浸提后以离子交换柱分离用石墨炉原子吸收法间接测定六价铬含量。结果:样品以微波浸提效果甚好,离子交换柱能有效分离三价与六价铬,无焰原子吸收法测试稳定,三价铬与六价铬测定时响应没有差别。本方法检出限0.38μg/L,测试的线性范围2μg/L~12μg/L,加标回收率96%~101%,相对标准偏差2.1%。结论:用本方法准确地测定食品中的六价铬是完全可行的。Objective:To establish a determination of chromium in foods.Methods: After the samples were microwave extraction,passing the ion exchange column,then detect the chromium content indirectly by Graphite furnace Atomic Absorption method.Results: Of samples with good effect of microwave extraction,ion-exchange column can effectively separate trivalent and hexavalent chromium,Graphite furnace atomic absorption method for testing stability,and hexavalent chromium in Determination of response did not differ.The limit of detection 0.38 μg/L,test the linear range 2 μg/L~12 μg/L,recoveries of 96%~101% and relative standard deviation of 2.1%.Conclusion: This method with accurate determination of hexavalent chromium in foods is feasible.
