摘　　要：目的:对北京市通州区2009年同一件水产品中分离到的两株副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vp)进行研究,明确型别差异。方法:对分离到的Vp进行神奈川试验,脲酶试验,血清分型和rDNA(核糖体核酸)指纹图谱分析。结果:Vp的神奈川试验均为阳性,其中有1株脲酶试验也为阳性,血清分型分属于2个不同的血清型别,rDNA指纹图谱分属于2个核糖型。结论:将Vp的生化性状,血清型别和分子分型的方法相结合,有助于区分不同的菌株,明确样品中Vp的型别特征。Objective：To research two strains Vibrio parahaemolyticus（Vp） from one seafood sample on biochemical characteristic,serum subtype and molecular subtype,and elucidate the difference.Methods： To research Vp food-borne strains on Hemolysis test,Urease test,serum subtype and ribosomal DNA fingerprinting patterns.Results： Both Hemolysis test was positive,among which Urease test of oen strain was positive.Both Vp strains were divided into two different serotypes and ribogroups.Conclusion： Combined the biochemical characteristics,serotype with molecular subtype contribute to distinguish different strains of Vp,to definite the character of different strains.
