颞叶肿瘤病人智商、记忆商与P_3测试分析

摘　　要：目的：研究颞叶占位患者事件相关电位（ＥＲＰ）Ｐ３的变化特点及与智商（ＭＱ）、记忆商（ＩＱ）的关系。方法：对１５例颞叶肿瘤病人采用视觉分辨刺激序列测查Ｐ３，临床记忆量表、瑞文智力测验联合型测查记忆商（ＭＱ）和智商（ＩＱ）。结果：颞叶占位病人组有Ｐ３潜伏期的显著延长及波幅的降低，记忆商和智商明显低于对照组，未发现Ｐ３潜伏期与记忆商、智商之间的相关性。结论：颞叶病人Ｐ３潜伏期延长反映了认知功能的变化，Ｐ３潜伏期与记忆商。Objective: To study the feature of P3 wave of event-related potential in patients with temporal lobe tumor and the relationship of P3 with MQIQ. Methods: P3 was elicited by visual discrimination paradigm,MQIQ were calculated by means of the Clinical Memory Scale and Combined Ravens Test. Results: P3 latency prolonged significantly (P<0.05) and amplitude declined(P>0.05) in patients with temporal lobe tumor, accompanying with MQIQ scores were less than control group.P3 latency had no relation with MQIQ scores. Conclusion: The prolongation of P3 latency could reflect the change of cognition.The result that P3 had no relation with MQIQ might be caused by the stimulus paradigm we used.
