摘  要:目的探讨过氟化碳液体(perfluorocarbonliquid,PFCL)在晶体及玻璃体视网膜手术(vitre-oretinalsurgery,VR术)中的应用价值。方法应用PFCL(法国产过氟萘烷,perfluorodeclin,纯度100%,C10F18)治疗2例(2只眼)晶体脱位于玻璃体内,采用玻璃体切除,PFCL漂浮晶体于前房,再行常规的白内障摘除术。在VR术中应用PFCL治疗37例(37只眼)复杂性视网膜脱离(网脱)、2例(2只眼)外伤性网脱和1例增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR),采用玻璃体切除、膜剥离、PFCL使用、气液交换、眼内激光、惰性气体(SF6、C3F8)及硅油眼内填充。结果晶体脱位2例,顺利取出,术后视力均较术前明显提高。VR术40例,使用PFCL一次,近期(出院时)观察有效35例(35只眼,87.5%),失败5例(5只眼,12.5%)。视力与术前比较提高者24眼(64.9%),不变9眼(24.3%),降低4眼(17.14%)。27例随访时间为3~11月(平均6.5月),有效25只眼(92.6%),视力≥0.05,占48%。结论PFCL可安全有效的治疗晶体脱位于玻璃体内,提高了VR术?Objective To evaluate the clinical value of perfluorocarbon liquid(PFCL) application in dislocated crystalline lens and vitreoretinal(VR) surgery.Methods We used PFCL to treat twe cases of dislocated crystalline lens,and used PFCL to treat thirty-seven cases of complicated retinal detachments and two cases of traumatic retinal detachment and one case of proliferative diabetic retinopathy in VR surgery.Results We used PFCL to facilitate the safe removal of two hard dislocated crystalline lens and their vision improved.The VR surgery was effective in 35 eyes(87.5%) on discharge from the hospital.The followed up period is more than 3 months in 27 cases,averaging followed-up for 6.5 months,to find the opreative results stable in 25 cases (92.6%) and the final visual acuity ranged from 0.05 to 0.5 in 48% of the patients that attained retinal reattachment.Conclusion PFCL is a safe and valuable in treatment of dislocated crystalline lens,and is helpful to VR surgery in the improve the success rate of the retinal detachment and the visual acuity outcomes.
