摘 要:目的:比较5种暂时冠桥修复树脂材料直接法制作暂时冠的边缘适合性。方法:使用超硬石膏翻制标准铝制基牙代型40个,在石膏代型上制作标准后牙蜡型,随机分为5组,硅橡胶印模材料制取阴模型腔,去除蜡型后,分别使用5种暂时修复树脂材料(Protemp 3 Garant、Luxatemp、Luxatemp Solar、QuickResin和Curefast)直接法制作树脂单冠。暂时冠在石膏代型上完全就位后,SEM下测量树脂冠边缘与石膏代型边缘之间的边缘间隙。结果:单因素方差分析结果显示各材料组之间的边缘间隙存在显著性差异(P<0.05),Protemp 3 Garant和Luxatemp两种材料的边缘间隙显著小于Luxatemp Solar、QuickResin和Curefast(P<0.05),QuickResin材料的暂时冠具有最大的边缘间隙。结论:化学固化复合树脂材料暂时冠边缘适合性优于PMMA类树脂材料;双固化bis-acryl复合树脂和PMMA类树脂材料边缘适合性较差,不推荐临床使用。Objective:To compare the marginal adaptation of single crown fabricated from 5provisional resin materials.Methods:40 gypsum dies were duplicated from a standard aluminum die.Wax patterns with similar molar shape were then made on all gypsum dies.The gypsum die/wax pattern assemblies were divided randomly into 5 experimental groups.A direct technique was used to fabricate 40 provisional resinous crowns with 5materials:Protemp 3 Garant,Luxatemp,Luxatemp Solar,Quick Resin and Curefast.The provisional crowns were fabricated on these gypsum dies with a silicone rubber impression as a matrix.Marginal discrepancy of provisional crowns was measured under SEM observation after provisional crowns were seated on gypsum dies.Results:One-way ANOVA showed that significant difference was observed among 5experimental groups(P〈0.05).The marginal discrepancies of Protemp 3 Garant and Luxatemp were significantly smaller than Luxatemp Solar,QuickResin and Curefast(P〈0.05).QuickResin exhibited the most marginal discrepancies.Conclusion:Provisional crowns made from chemical-cured provisonal composite materials produced better marginal adaptation compared with PMMA provisional materials.
