摘　　要：目的:观察Neo-Oxpara-Ⅱ型糊剂用于根管充填的临床疗效。方法:选取81颗患牙随机分为试验组和对照组,分别用Neo-Oxpara-Ⅱ型糊剂和Neo-Oxpara糊剂加牙胶尖进行根管充填。半年后拍X线片,观察疗效。结果:Neo-Oxpara-Ⅱ型糊剂成功率为97.30%,Neo-Oxpara糊剂成功率为100%,两组成功率无显著性差别。结论:Neo-Oxpara-Ⅱ型糊剂疗效与Neo-Oxpara糊剂疗效相近,是一种良好的根充材料。Objective：To observe the efficacy of Neo-Oxpara-Ⅱpaste after root canal filling.Methods：81 teeth were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.They were respectively filled with Neo-OxparaⅡpaste and Neo-Oxpara paste.All teeth were irradiated by X-ray after six months and judged the filling effect.Results：The efficacy of experiment group was 97.30% ,and the control group was 100% .The effective rates were not different between two groups.Conclusion：The Neo-Oxpara-Ⅱpaste was the same as Neo-Oxpara paste,which was a safe and effective filling material.
