摘  要:目的:观察在窝沟封闭中使用粘结剂对封闭剂渗透能力及微渗漏的影响。方法:选用近期因正畸需要拔除的双尖牙30颗,随机分为A、B、C组,每组10颗。A组为对照组,采用传统封闭方法。B组在酸蚀牙面上涂Du-rafill Bond釉质粘结剂后再进行封闭。C组使用AdperTMPromptTM自酸蚀粘结剂涂布牙面后封闭。通过染料浸染法和光学显微镜观察封闭剂渗入窝沟的程度和微渗漏。结果:C组微渗漏和未封闭面积比均显著高于A组和B组,A组和B组间观察指标差别无显著性。结论:在窝沟封闭操作中,AdperTMPromptTM自酸蚀粘结剂不能替代磷酸酸蚀。Durafill Bond粘结剂的应用对封闭剂的微渗漏和渗透能力无明显改善。Objective:To evaluate the microleakage and penetration ability of pit and fissure sealant using different kinds of adhesive.Methods:Thirty human normal first upper premolars recently extracted for orthodontic reasons were randomly divided into A,B,C groups.Group A was etched with 35% phosphoric acid conventionally.Group B was applied with enamel adhesive(Durafill Bond,Heraeus Kulzer)after being eathed by 35% phosphoric acid.Group C was applied with self-each adhensive(Adper^TM Prompt^TM,3M)instead of 35% phosphoric acid,then sealed the fissures.All samples were submitted to 500thermal cycles.After staining with 2% methylene blue,the teeth were sectioned to evaluate the microleakage and penetration ability.Results:The mean percentages of dye penetration and percentages of unfilled area of group C were statistically higher than group A and B(P〈0.05).No significant difference was found between group A and B.Conclusion:Use of ename adhesive(Durafill Band)could not improve microleakage and penetration of sealant;Self-etch adhesive(AdperTMPrompt TM)was not recommended for fissure sealing.
