盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗微种植支抗体周围炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨和评估盐酸米诺环素软膏在治疗微种植支抗体周围炎的临床疗效。方法:选择30枚发生微种植体周围炎的种植钉,随机分为盐酸米诺环素软膏组和2%碘甘油组,每组15枚。两组患者均行龈上、下洁治,然后分别给予盐酸米诺环素软膏牙周留置和2%碘甘油牙周上药治疗。在治疗前,治疗后1、3和6周观察菌斑指数(PLI)、种植体体周软组织指数(STI)、体袋深度(PPD)和微植体(MIA)松动率等指标的变化。结果:盐酸米诺环素软膏和2%碘甘油治疗微种植支抗体周围炎STI、PPD同用药前相比显著降低,其中盐酸米诺环素软膏组药效至少能维持至停药后4周,近期治疗效果满意;两组微植体(MIA)松动率分别为6.6%和33.3%,两组之间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:对于微种植支抗体周围炎的药物治疗,局部使用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗或2%碘甘油治疗均有明显效果,但使用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗的效果更持久,微植体(MIA)松动率更低。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of applying ointment of minocycline hydrochloride to treat peri-implantitis.Methods：30 micro-implant screws which were afflicted with peri-implantitis were divided into two groups equally at random.All patients were taken supragingival scaling and subgingival scaling.Patients of group one were placed ointment of minocycline hydrochloride in their periodontal tissue and patients of group two were placed 2% Glycerium Iodi.We observed the change of PLI（plaque index）,PPD（pocket probing depth）,STI（soft tissue index）and loosening rate of MIA（microscrew-implant anchorage）before and 1,3 and 6weeks after therapy.Results：Comparing the situation of peri-implantitis before and after medication,it could be found that STI and PPD were reduced noticeably both in applying ointment of minocycline hydrochloride and Glycerium Iodi.Moreover,the efficacy of ointment of minocycline hydrochloride was able to maintain at least four weeks after medicine discontinuance.It demonstrated satisfactory efficacy in short-term.Loosening rate of MIA was 6.6% in group one and 33.3% in group two respectively.Difference between two groups were obvious（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Efficacy of medication in treating peri-implantitis is obvious both in applying ointment of minocycline hydrochloride and Glycerium Iodi.However,it brings more enduring efficacy and lower loosening rate of MIA when we apply ointment of minocycline hydrochloride.
