摘　　要：目的探讨IMS-100A结肠途径治疗机辅助治疗肝衰竭的临床护理。方法在采用IMS-100A结肠途径治疗机治疗24例肝衰竭患者过程中,严格按照操作规程,准确到位,及时处理不良反应。结果对24例肝衰竭患者在结肠途径治疗中的护理保证了结肠途径治疗肝衰竭的临床疗效,减少了肝性脑病、腹水的发生。结论结肠途径治疗机的治疗方法可减少肠内毒素的生成和吸收,加速毒素排除,纠正电解质紊乱,达到辅助治疗肝衰竭的作用。Objective To investigate nursing care in adjuvant therapy of liver failure with IMS-100A colon therapy equip- ment. Methods Operating instructions were strictly abided by, meticulous and precise operation and nursing care were given and adverse reactions were timely managed in the treatment of 24 patients with liver failure with IMS-100A colon therapy equipment. Results The nursing care in colon therapy ensured the therapeutic efficacy on 24 patients with liver failure, and reduced the oc- currence of hepatic encephalopathy and ascites. Conclusions The treatment with colon therapy equipment can achieve the effect of the adjuvant therapy of liver failure by reducing the production and adsorption of enterotoxins, accelerating discharge of the toxins and correcting the electrolyte disturbance.
