Pergolide治疗帕金森病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究多巴胺受体激动剂－Ｐｅｒｇｏｌｉｄｅ对１３例经复方左放多巴治疗疗效不佳、并伴有症状波动、运动障碍的帕金森病患者临床疗效及安全性。方法采用改良Ｗｅｂｓｔｅｒ评分标准及开放性自身治疗前后对照，评估Ｐｅｒｇｄｉｄｅ治疗后的疗效及安全性。结果显示“开”期潜伏期缩短３２．３ｍｉｎ，改善４２．４％；“开”期持续时间增加１小时，改善４０．０％；Ｈｏｅｈｎ－Ｙａｈｒ分级降低０．７级；改善１９．４％；Ｗｅｂｓｔｅｒ评分减低４．６分，改善３０．５％。有效率４６．２％。统计学处理均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。不良反应轻微。结论Ｐｅｒｇｏｌｉｄｅ是一种安全有效的治疗帕金森病药物。Objectives To study the efficacy and safety of Pergolide in Levodopa/decarboxylase inhibitor treated 13 patients with Parkinson,s disease company decline of Levodopa efficacy, dyskinesias and motor fluctuations. Methods 13 patients with Parkinson,s disease were evaluated by using the rating scales of modified Webster and comparing to the baseline values. ResultsThe study has shown that pergolide added to Levodopa speeded the onset of response 32. Zmin, extended “on” time for and improved in activities of daily life. The average rate of total improvementwas 46. 2%. The significant defference was seen in those mentioned above. Slight and few sideevents was observed. Conclusion The study indicated that Pergolide is a anti--parkinsonian drugwith not only good efficacy but also well tolerability.
