联盟组织间知识共享效率的主体因素分析

摘　　要：在联盟组织知识共享的过程中,共享主体进行知识共享的内在意愿、共享能力与异质性等因素对共享效率有着重要影响。要使联盟成员积极参与知识共享并取得良好成效,需要建立有利于知识共享的制度架构,激励成员知识共享的内在动机,监控和约束机会主义行为,同时需要依赖于价值、文化和目标的内化去鼓励成员合作,降低成员异质性的不利影响。In the process of the knowledge sharing among the allied organizations, the willingness, the capability and the heterogeneity of the sharing subjects play important roles in the efficiency of knowledge sharing. In order to stimulate the league members to participate actively in knowledge sharing and achieve good performances, the paper proposes to establish the union institutions to arouse its members＇ intrinsic motivations of sharing, monitor and restrain their opportunistic behavior, and internalize the value, culture and objectives of alliance to reduce the negative impacts of the heterogeneity.
