摘  要:结合煤矿实际情况,采用PIC18F458为核心控制芯片,AMBE-1000为语音采集编码器,设计开发了以CANopen协议为基础,在CAN总线上远程传输语音数据的矿用本安语音警示系统,并实现了MP3播放功能。测试结果表明,采用CANopen协议的语音警示系统可以在CAN总线上以极低的语音通信速率(2.4kbit/s)进行语音数据传输,语音信号失真≤15%,声音强度≥100dB,具有较高的可懂度,能耗低,适合井下语音通信使用。According to the actual situation of colliery,PIC18F458 was used as the core control chip and AMBE-1000 encoder as voice acquisition device to design a mine intrinsically safe voice alert system based on CANopen protocol,which could remotely transport voice data through CAN bus and realize MP3 playback.Testing results show that the voice alert system based on CANopen protocol can transport voice data through CAN bus at a very low rate(2.4kbit/s),with distortion of voice signal being less than 15% and voice intensity being more than 100 decibel.The system is suitable for application in underground mines due to its high intelligibility and low energy consumption.
