肠胃清结合化疗治疗脾虚痰湿型晚期胃癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察肠胃清口服液结合化疗对脾虚痰湿型晚期胃癌患者血清VEGF水平、临床受益反应和生存率的影响。方法将40例脾虚痰湿型晚期胃癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各20例);对照组予草酸铂、5-FU、CF,治疗组在化疗基础上同时服用肠胃清口服液。两组均4周为1个治疗周期,共治疗6个周期。治疗前后血清检测VEGF浓度,评价临床受益反应、不良反应,随访1年、2年生存率。结果治疗组临床受益反应优于对照组(P<0.05),1年、2年生存率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清VEGF水平均明显降低(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组骨髓抑制、消化道反应总发生例次均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肠胃清口服液结合化疗能改善脾虚痰湿型晚期胃癌患者的临床症状,提高患者生存率,减轻化疗毒副作用,并可显著降低血清VEGF水平。Objective To observe the effects of ＂Changweiqing Liquid＂ on the levels of blood VEGF, clinical benefit response and survival rate of the advanced gastric cancer patients. Methods Forty subjects were randomly divided into two groups： control group in which 20 cases were given Oxaliplatin, 5-FU and CF, and treatment group was given ＂Changweiqing Liquid＂ with Oxaliplatin, 5-FU and CF, with a course of six months. The level of blood VEGF was examined; the clinical benefit response and side effects were estimated; 1-year and two-year survival rates were observed. Results Clinical benefit response of treatment group was better than that in the control group（P0.05）; 1-year and 2-year survival rates of treatment group were higher than those in the control group（P0.05）; the level of blood VEGF was obviously decreased in two groups（P0.05）, with a difference between the two groups（P0.05）. The rate of myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reactions of treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Changweiqing Liquid＂ combined with chemotherapy may improve the clinical symptoms and survival rate, decrease the side effects of chemotherapy, and reduce the blood VEGF level of advanced gastric cancer patients.
