摘  要:目的:研究腰椎间梭形植骨对治疗和预防全椎板切除术后腰椎失稳的作用。方法:选5具成尸脊柱(L_1~S_1)每具标本在6个部位,6种状态,模拟全椎板切除术和腰椎间梭形植骨进行位移测试。结果:植骨后在扭转、前屈、后伸、直立压缩时较全椎板切除后位移明显减小,效果显著。结论:腰椎间梭形植骨对全椎板切除术后腰椎失稳有治疗和预防作用。The experiment was designed to test the effects of lumbar intervertebral shuttle hone implantation on lum- bar segmental spinal instability after total laminectomy. Methods: Total laminectomy and shuttle bones implantation were simultaneously operated at five lumbar specimens of adult cadavers (L_1-S_1). Every specimen was tested biomechanically in six parts of lumbar spine after shuttle bone implantation.Results The results that the stability of movements was improved in rotation, flexion, extension and compress after bone implantaion.Concluision:lumbar intervertebral shuttle bone implantation had effects of preventing lumbar segemental spinal instability after total laminectormy.
