摘　　要：马克思主义是关于无产阶级斗争和人的解放的学说,关注人、尊重人、以人为本是马克思主义的核心价值取向。思想政治教育过程本质上是教育者和受教育者之间以语言交流与情感沟通为基础的双向互动过程,因而以人为本也应当是思想政治教育过程的立足点和归宿。从以人为本的角度把握思想政治教育过程的实质、分析思想政治教育过程中的问题、探讨思想政治教育过程优化的路径,对于促进思想政治教育和谐发展具有重大意义。Marxism is a theory about the struggle of proletariat and liberation of humans.Paying close attention to human＇s life,respecting for persons and people-oriented is the core value of Marxism.The process of ideological and political education is substantially an interaction based on language and emotion communication between educator and educatee.Thus people-oriented should also be the foothold and home to ideological and political education.It has an important signification to promote ideological and political education developing harmoniously,grasping the essence;analyzing the issues and discussing the optimized ways with human-oriented view.
