高校学生干部人格特质和应对方式调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高校学生干部的人格特质和应对方式,为高校学生干部的选拔任用提供理论依据。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16PF)和应对方式问卷,对400名大学生进行团体测试。结果①高校学生干部16PF的A(t=-1.91,P<0.05)、E(t=-2.05,P<0.05)、F(t=-3.65,P<0.01)、H(t=-3.68,P<0.01)这4个因子显著高于非学生干部,而Q2(t=2.69,P<0.05)因子显著低于非学生干部;②高校学生干部在应对方式问卷中自责(t=5.41,P<0.01)、退避(t=2.81,P<0.05)2个分量表的得分显著低于非学生干部。结论高校学生干部在人格特质上多表现为乐群、恃强、易兴奋和敢做敢为,在应对方式上较少采取消极的应对方式,这两方面可以作为选拔和任用学生干部的参考依据。Objective To explore personality traits and coping styles of college students＇ cadres,which will be the theory basis of selection and appointment of college students＇ cadres.Methods A total of 400 students were surveyed randomly by Chattel＇s 16 Personality Factor（16PF） and the coping questionnaire.Results ①Compared with general students,students＇ cadres got a higher score than general students in A（t=-1.91,P〈0.05）,E（t=-2.05,P〈0.05）,F（t=-3.65,P〈0.01）,H（t=-3.68,P〈0.01）factor of 16PF,but lower in factor Q2（t=2.69,P〈0.05）.②Students＇ cadres got a lower score in two coping scale of blame（t=5.41,P〈0.01） and retreats（t=2.81,P〈0.05）.Conclusion College students＇ cadres tend to such personality traits as frank,etenggilembi,excited easily,responsible and they less use the negative copying method,which can be reference of selection and appointment students＇ cadres.
